What is listed
This site shows non-profit housing providers in Switzerland: housing cooperatives and non-profit foundations, companies and associations that appear in the member lists of Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz, Wohnen Schweiz or ARMOUP, or that describe themselves as non-profit. Private landlords, property companies, pension funds and housing providers that appear in none of these lists are not listed. The list is therefore not complete.
Where the information comes from
Every fact comes from a public source, usually the cooperative's website or rules, and appears with its link. The information is collected and checked automatically and can still be out of date or wrong. What the cooperative itself says always prevails.
No letting
This site does not let or allocate flats and does not accept applications. It is not connected with any cooperative or association. Free flats are shown as the cooperative advertises them on its website; they may already be taken. Apply directly to the cooperative, under its rules.
No guarantee
No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information. Liability for damage arising from the use of this site is excluded as far as the law allows. The operators of linked sites are responsible for their content.
Corrections
A cooperative that wants a fact corrected or removed writes to the operator at info@cooperatives.ch, with a link to the source. A documented correction is taken over.
