Provider and scope
These general terms apply to the cooperatives.ch subscription of Faviens GmbH, Stäblistrasse 1, 8006 Zurich. By taking out a subscription you accept them.
What the subscription includes
The subscription gives access to every page of cooperatives.ch: map, explore, free flats, the cooperatives' pages, comparison, shortlist and guide. The front page and the preview pages are free. cooperatives.ch does not allocate flats and gives no guarantee for the accuracy and completeness of the information (see Legal notice).
Prices and payment
The subscription costs CHF 5 a month or CHF 50 a year, paid in advance. Faviens GmbH is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged. Payment is through Stripe by card or, once available, TWINT. The subscription renews at the end of each period for a period of the same length until it is cancelled.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your account (Manage subscription); it takes effect at the end of the period paid. Access continues until then.
No refunds
Periods paid are not refunded, not even in part. Access starts as soon as you pay: anyone living in the EU expressly asks, by paying, for this immediate start and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses.
Use
The subscription is personal. The data may be used for your own purposes, but not copied systematically, redistributed or used for another service. In case of abuse we can block access.
Liability
The liability of Faviens GmbH is excluded as far as the law allows; it remains for intent and gross negligence.
Changes, law and jurisdiction
We announce changes to these terms or the prices by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel as of the date of the change. Swiss law applies, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Mandatory provisions protecting consumers at their place of residence remain reserved.
